Brian Pitzer was born and raised in Frankfort Indiana in a house often full of live music.
Brian has been singing and songwriting since he was a small child, singing in bands since the age of 18.
Brian broke away from the band scene in the late ’90′s and decided in 2000 to begin pursuing solo singer/songwriting.
He is currently playing Bar & Grills,Festivals and other venues who enjoy good original Artists. Brian is also involved in Independent film. His first effort at acting is a part as a Singer/Songwriter in “Inside Perspective” is due out in August of 2011. Brian’s songs, “Dark Blue” and “Baby Comin’” were used in “Leah, Not Leia”which is due out in July of 2011.
Brian is currently working on his 3rd CD, “Life Happens”. He will be going into the studio in Late August to begin recording. One of the singles whch will be featured on “Life Happens”, the song “Flip Flops” will be released in a Live Video on July 23rd, 2011. It was filmed by Inverted Staircase Productions and is a full production video, complete with a small comedic skit.
You may hear Brian performing a solo acoustic show, mellow duo with djembe or a full band with ripping leads. Whatever the case may be, you will not be disappointed. His songs are heartfelt and carefully crafted and well put together. You will find them entertaining, thought provoking and relative to your life and the world we live in.
